"This research is about the effect of interpersonal communication on customer\r\nsatisfaction. Interpersonal communication is one of the factors that can affect\r\ncustomer satisfaction in Waroeng Spesial Sambal. The better an employee\r\ninterpersonal communication, then the satisfaction felt and get by the customers\r\nwill be higher. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey\r\nmethod. The purpose of this research is to determine the size of the independent\r\nvariable influence, that is interpersonal communication on dependent variable\r\nnamely customer satisfaction in Waroeng Spesial Sambal \"SS\" Samirono\r\nYogyakarta. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents\r\nusing probability sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is a simple\r\nlinear regression analysis.\r\nData were analyzed with the help of SPSS 24 computer software. The results\r\nobtained that t arithmetic is greater than t table, which is 8.558 > 1.660 so that the\r\nhypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning that\r\nthere is a significant amount of influence of the interpersonal communication on\r\ncustomer satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination (R square) is\r\n42.8% means the size of the influence of the interpersonal communication\r\nvariables on customer satisfaction variables as big as 42.8% while the rest is\r\ninfluenced by other factors that not examined in this research.\r\nKeywords: Communication, Interpersonal communication, Customer, Customer\r\nsatisfaction, Waroeng Spesial Sambal, Linear regression analysis"^^ .
