Non-formal education in Kampung Pintar provides great benefits for children in their surround environment. This study are trying to learn how persuasive communication techniques that carried out by the manager of the Smart Village in increasing children's motivation to learn. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive study that used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and utilization in order to improve research results. Based on research that has been done, got results that they managed the installed persuasive communication techniques through association techniques, integration techniques, reward techniques, red-herring techniques, and structuring techniques in an effort to improve children's learning.
