The theory used to analyze the phenomena in this study is the AISAS model. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with in-depth observation and interview techniques to four informants who are Shopee users who have made purchases using the 11.11 Big Sale promo, and have carried out activities to share information about the promo with their colleagues or relatives. The results in this study indicate that there was an AISAS model for the informants in this study, which then had an impact on increasing product sales in Shopee e-commerce.} }
