This is determined by human transportation needs. Online transport services go hand in hand with this technological development. People in the city of Yogyakarta were pampered with a special rental transport in the form of motorcycle taxis and online taxis. With the existence of online taxis and motorcycles, the number of vehicles that operate as a service provider increases in line with the growing number of users. The problem discussed in this study is how much the individual work variables, collective distance, point system and fuel consumption have on the GoCar driver's income in the city of Yogyakarta. The data used is primary data from direct interviews with drivers. This test method is quantitative and is analyzed using Ordinary Leasr Squares (OLS). According to the results of the investigations carried out, working hours, collective distances and point systems have a positive and significant impact on the income of GoCar drivers in the city of Yogyakarta. While fuel consumption has no impact on the income of GoCar drivers in the city of Yogyakarta.} }
