The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, commitment, and customers intimacy to the loyalty of BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Yogyakarta residents. The population in this study were all customers of BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga, and the samples used were 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires / questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS v24 software. The results showed that simultaneous variables of trust, commitment, and customer intimacy affect customer loyalty. Likewise, partially, the variables of trust, commitment, and customers intimacy significant positive affect the loyalty of BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Yogyakarta residents. %Z JOKO SETYONO, S.E., MSi.
