abstract: This study discusses the understanding of bank management and image, discusses features, discusses and security of the use of mobile banking in Islamic banks independently in Kaliurang. This study studies causal studies that are intended to find out whether one variable can affect another variable. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using a conventional sample method. Data in this study were obtained through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis methods used in this study are the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 20.
The results of this study prove the facts that support the features and significant positive facilities for the use of mobile banking Mandiri Islamic banks Kaliurang KCP. The management and image of the bank are insignificant towards the use of the Mandiri Syariah Sharia mobile banking bank Whereas Safe Security is a significant negative effect on the use of the Kaliurang KCP Mandiri Syariah mobile banking bank.
