The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are employee engagement, empowerment and compensation. The population and sample used were 32 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, so that all populations are used as samples. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study stated that the variable employee engagement and empowerment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
