This employees performance will also affect the companys performance. With good and quality employee performance, the company will more easily reach its goals. This study aims to determine the effect of big five personality on employee performance at PT Bank NTB Syariah KC Pancor. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance, while the independent variable is the big five personality consisting of five parts, namely: extraversion, neouriticsm, openness, agreeableness and conscientiousness. The population and sample in this study were 31 respondents. The method used in sampling is saturated sampling, where the entire population is sampled. Respondent data in this study were collected through a questionnaire distributed to each employee. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression test. the results of this study stated the results that the variables of neouriticsm, openness and agreeableness had a significant positive effect on employee performance, extraversion had a significant negative effect on employee performance while conscientiousness did not have a positive or significant effect. %Z FARID HIDAYAT, S.H., M.S.I.
