%X The purpose of this research to determine the effect of Competency, Job Skill, Work Experience, and Integrity to Employees Productivity at BPR Syariah Suriyah Cilacap. The population in this study were all employees at BPR Syariah Suriyah Cilacap. Sampling in this study uses as saturated sampling rechnique. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. In this study using 34 questionnaries that can be processed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.
The result showed that competence, job skill, work experience, and integrity simultaneously have significant effect on the productivity of employees. While the result of the partial testing competence variables has no effect and significant on work productivity with a tcount of -2,286 and a significat value of 0,030. Variable job skill have significant effect on work productivity with tcount of 2,145 and a signficant value of 0,041. Work experience variabel have significant effect on work productivity with tcount 2,390 and a significant value of 0,024. Integrity variables have significant effect on work productivity with tcount 3,784 and significant value of 0.001.
