BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera) %U https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/38939/ %X The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee placement, compensation and employee loyalty on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. The dependent variable in this study is performance. While the independent variables in this study were employee placement, compensation and employee loyalty. The population used was 31 employees. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study stated that employee loyalty had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While employee placement and compensation had no effect on employee performance. %Z HASAN AL BANNA, SEI., M.E.
