BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance while the independent variables in this study are communication, motivation and work environment and the moderating variable in this study is job satisfaction. The population and sample used were 31 employees. Sampling in this study uses a non-probability sampling method with saturated sample techniques, so that all populations are used as samples. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that communication, motivation, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction as a moderating variable at PT.
