The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. This study uses a saturated sample method in which the entire population is sampled as many as 31 employees of BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. Data were processed using the reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test, and IBM SPSS 20 linear regression analysis. The results showed that innovation, job rotation, work motivation, and employee participation simultaneously affected the productivity of employee performance at BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. Partially, the variable of innovation and job rotation does not affect the productivity of the performance of employees of BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta.
