Therefore we need preachers from peers so that they can invite friends in terms of kindness and become role models for other students. One of the interesting institutions to study is MAN 2 Yogyakarta which has extracurricular activities for the Preacher Candidate. Missionaries who not only have rhetorical abilities but also become good role models, therefore missionaries do not have enough cognitive and psychomotor competence but also must have affective competence. From this background gives encouragement to the authors to explore in order to uncover the main issues regarding how MAN 2 Yogyakarta is doing in order to increase students 'affective competency through the prospective missionary preacher's extracurricular activities, the implications of the preacher's missionary extracurricular activities in improving students' affective competency and factor analysis. supporters and obstacles to the implementation of extracurricular activities of the Preacher Candidate at MAN 2 Yogyakarta This research is a field research using qualitative research methods and using data collection methods carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation.In order for the research data can be said valid, it is necessary to test the validity of the data, the validity checking of the data using triangulation. Data analysis is done by giving meaning to the data collected and then concluded it. The results showed that (1) The extracurricular activities of Prospective Missionaries consist of daily activities include; Leading the recitation of holy Quran, Muadzin, Dzauhur prayer in congegration dan Hadist Recitation, Ashar prayer in congegration. Weekly Mubaligh candidates extracurricular include Quran recitation, public speaking, Mentoring and discussion, while annual activities include: rihlah, Madrasah Islamic Competition (MIC), Mubaligh Hijrah (MH), Slaughter of sacrificial animals, social service and Madrasa cares about the mosque.(2)As for the increase in the competence of the spiritual attitude which includes believing in religious teachings and carry out religious teachings more actively manifested in congregational prayers, readings of hadis, Quran recitation and religious mentoring, while enhancing social attitudes namely extracurricular members are more honest, disciplined, responsible, caring, polite, responsive and proactive . (3) The supporting factors of Mubaligh Candidates extracurricular are Motivation and member commitment, The supports of all residents of MAN 2 Yogyakarta, adequate facilities and infrastructure, Collaboration with the Mubaligh candidates almni, Work programs that are relevant to the Madrasah Vision and Mission Collaboration with the public.
