Therefore, it is necessary to apply the planting of spiritual values and school management in applying proper values to educational institutions that can improve the character of students. This study aims to determine the planting of the spiritual values of Imam al-Ghazali's perspective on the character of students in Sultan Agung 3 Islamic Middle School Jepara Subdistrict, knowing the management of planting spiritual values in improving students' character, and to know the benefits and effects of applying value-planting spiritual values towards the character of students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research by taking the location of research in Sultan Agung Islamic Middle School 3, Jepara District. The results showed that: 1) Cultivation of spiritual values applied, among others, namely: discipline, generosity, praying before and after lessons, reading the Koran, praying duha, congregational prayer, Friday prayer, infaq, clean Friday, healthy Friday, commemorating Islamic holidays, and maintaining the solidarity of fellow school members. While the model of planting spiritual values that are applied include, namely: the love and affection, self-confidence, justice, independence, attention, honesty, planting values of generosity, planting values of patience and gratitude , and cleanliness. 2) Management of planting spiritual values in improving student character, including: a) school planning compiling RKAS, b) structured organizing in the form of a mushola organizational structure, c) implementation includes all spiritual activities in the school, d) school supervision and evaluation done through refraction and planting to students. 5) proof of success in improving the character of the student or not by looking at the benefits and impacts of implementing the planting of spiritual values applied in the school.} }
