Through multicultural education which was held since young age could anticipate conflict that vulnerable appear up and gives a wise understanding about accept and set the reality of diversity. Then, the purposes of research are to answer the problem that was planned covers in implementing of multicultural education, role of boarding leader and the values of it which was applied. This research is a qualitative research form or field research. This research type is a case study about multicultural education at PEHI Cintakarya, Pangandaran. The approach that be used is phenomenology approach. It was used to analyse how education process is running on in that Islamic boarding school by involving the researcher whether direct and indirectly. The instrument of assembling the data has been done by three technics as follow, interview, and observation and also understanding the document that has correlation with that. The results of research are a) curriculum design that involves a foundation and boarding school administrator. It was arranged based on two orientations; learner situation in diversity and current development. b) In learning, multicultural education was held by additional lessons about open-mind thinking and transparent and not stuck on a paradigm and radical action. Learning was practiced by discourse, question and answer, assignment, memorization and practice directly by specific strategy. c) Islamic boarding school leadership is democratic, transparent and to accommodate the diversity of administrator and teachers. d) It also opens up for society and applying the rules based on humanity and justice. The roles of boarding school leader in implementing of multicultural education are as a leader, educator and members of society. The authority is carried out by a leader is doing learning process, applying curriculum and managing learners. Besides that, there are some society activities that are carried out by a leader as one of society members. Furthermore, multicultural education values which are applied at PEHI can be looked by vision, mission, and motto, leadership, learning, the event of student self-development, and boarding school rules. These values includes a democracy, tolerance, humanity and HAM, and inclusive with all aspects. %Z Dr.Hj. Sri Sumarni, M.Pd,
