"The background of this research starts from the\r\nauthor's view of the importance of the competencies that\r\nmust be possessed by Ibtidaiyah Madrasah Teacher\r\nEducation lecturers in carrying out the learning process in\r\nlectures. Related to this the lecturers are expected to\r\nfacilitate learning by utilizing technology so that students\r\ncan always keep abreast of the times, especially when\r\ngraduating and working.\r\nThis study aims to provide an overview of the\r\nability to implement lecturer learning including 1) To\r\ndetermine the ability of lecturers to develop curriculum, 2)\r\nTo determine the ability of lecturers to apply approaches\r\nand methods of learning, 3) To determine the ability of\r\nlecturers in the use of media and learning technology. 4)\r\nTo determine the ability of lecturers in carrying out\r\nconstructive and dialogic learning.\r\nThis type of research is a field research (field\r\nresearch) that is a combination (mix method). Data\r\ncollection techniques using interview and questionnaire\r\nmethods. Qualitative data analysis is done by collecting\r\ndata, reduction, display, and conclusions, while\r\nquantitative data are measured and analyzed descriptively\r\nthrough Rating Scale.\r\nThe results showed that, (1) lecturers have been\r\nable to improve literacy skills to students, provide an\r\nunderstanding of how applications and technology work in\r\neducation, improve student communication and language\r\nskills, facilitate students to develop themselves in\r\naccordance with their potential, lecture development based\r\non entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship) and practice\r\n(internship); (2) lecturers implement student centered\r\nbased learning, adjust learning methods to the material\r\nconditions and conditions of students, apply learning\r\nmodels related to the development of four core skills (4C);\r\n(3) lecturers can adjust learning tools and media\r\ndepending on the learning situation, students, subjects,\r\neducators and institutions, teaching content has been done\r\nthrough the most appropriate media, and media choices\r\nhave been developed to be part of the curriculum\r\ndevelopment planning stage. Although the lecturer still\r\nadjusts to the time, place, sequence, and speed of learning;\r\n(4) lecturers have carried out life-oriented learning and\r\nwork in accordance with their fields, and have built\r\ncommunication relationships that are humanist, active, and\r\ndialogic. However, despite this there are still a number of\r\nlecturers who lack friendly and communicative attitudes,\r\nespecially lecturers who are still young.
