Related to this the lecturers are expected to facilitate learning by utilizing technology so that students can always keep abreast of the times, especially when graduating and working. This study aims to provide an overview of the ability to implement lecturer learning including 1) To determine the ability of lecturers to develop curriculum, 2) To determine the ability of lecturers to apply approaches and methods of learning, 3) To determine the ability of lecturers in the use of media and learning technology. 4) To determine the ability of lecturers in carrying out constructive and dialogic learning. This type of research is a field research (field research) that is a combination (mix method). Data collection techniques using interview and questionnaire methods. Qualitative data analysis is done by collecting data, reduction, display, and conclusions, while quantitative data are measured and analyzed descriptively through Rating Scale. The results showed that, (1) lecturers have been able to improve literacy skills to students, provide an understanding of how applications and technology work in education, improve student communication and language skills, facilitate students to develop themselves in accordance with their potential, lecture development based on entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship) and practice (internship); (2) lecturers implement student centered based learning, adjust learning methods to the material conditions and conditions of students, apply learning models related to the development of four core skills (4C); (3) lecturers can adjust learning tools and media depending on the learning situation, students, subjects, educators and institutions, teaching content has been done through the most appropriate media, and media choices have been developed to be part of the curriculum development planning stage. Although the lecturer still adjusts to the time, place, sequence, and speed of learning; (4) lecturers have carried out life-oriented learning and work in accordance with their fields, and have built communication relationships that are humanist, active, and dialogic. However, despite this there are still a number of lecturers who lack friendly and communicative attitudes, especially lecturers who are still young. Based on the calculation of the overall Rating Scale, obtained a score of 851 out of 952 or reached 89%, so it is included in the category of good intervals.
