%A , SUYADI %T MODEL PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER SISWA DI SEKOLAH ISLAM TERPADU %X The research purpose is to describe the model of character education in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Yogyakarta. The model of character education includes: (1) integrative, (2) value inculcation, (3) role model, (4) cooperative, (5) care, clean, tidy and healthy, and (6) quality-oriented. The research is a single case study in which the data collection was using interviews with the school foundation, principal, teachers, school employees, parents, students, and alumnus. The research results indicated that the student's character model in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim succeeded in creating the student characters leading in academic and spiritual. Key words: Character Education Model, Integrated Islamic Education Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tentang bagaimana model pendidikan karakter siswa di SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Yogyakarta yang meliputi (1) integratif, (2) inkulkasi nilai, (3), qudwah hasanah, (4) kooperatif, (5) rawat, resik, rapi, dan sehat, dan (6) berorientasi pada mutu. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus tunggal, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada yayasan, kepala sekolah, guru, karyawan, orang tua, siswa, dan alumni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pendidikan karakter siswa di SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Yogyakarta berhasil membentuk karakter siswa yang unggul akademik dan spiritual.
