The sophistication of the application is not only used for communication purposes but also as a medium of learning or service delivery. One example is conducted by a Guidance Counseling Teacher (BK) in MAN 1 Sleman who uses whatsapp as a medium of information services to make it easy for students to get information.  The purpose of this study is expected to know how to use WhatsApp as a media for counseling guidance information services. Thus, the formulation of the problem in this study is how to use whatsapp as a media for counseling guidance information services at MAN 1 Sleman.  This research is a field research using a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were BK teachers and class XII students at MAN 1 Sleman, while the object of this study was the use of whatsapp as a medium of information services. The results of this study that the use of whatsapp as a medium of information services has found an agreement or cooperation through BK teachers and homeroom teachers. The use of whatsapp as the BK information service media has been running since 2016. Encouraging students to do the online counseling and counseling process.
