N2  - In the era of digital economic development, the public continues to develop innovative service provision in online credit activities, one of which is characterized by the existence of information technology-based loan services that are considered to contribute to national development and the economy. Information technology (IT) has changed society, has created new types and business opportunities, and created new types of jobs and careers in human work. The problems examined in this research aim to determine the validity of the online credit agreement and the type of contract used at PT. Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi.
The research was conducted with juridical and normative research methods. The theory used in this study legally uses the theory of agreements and online credit lending and loan service agreements. Whereas according to Islamic law it uses the theory of contract in buying and selling, qar? and mur?ba?ah.
The results showed that the implementation of the type of contract used was not yet completely said to be the Mur?ba?ah contract type in financing procurement of goods because there were still some deficiencies in the mechanism such as the explanation of the existing mechanism did not explain in detail about the contract used at the beginning of the implementation, financing and agreements it existed before the object was owned by Cicil. The contents of the agreement only state that the repayment uses the contract determined by paying the principal financing plus profit margins and transaction costs. Related to tuition financing services can be finalized by using the qar? contract because what is agreed is in the form of a sum of money or funds. In the case of the validity of an information technology-based loan agreement, it is valid to meet the legal requirements of the agreement because it meets the elements that are in accordance with the law and includes standard types of contractual agreements.
