abstract: The existence of a Sharia Pawnshop as a
channel of funds can help UMKM in increasing their
income. This research is a quantitative study using
primary data through questionnaire media with a
purposive sampling technique, the sample is 60 UMKM
customers of Arrum BPKB in the Sharia Pawnshop in
Yogyakarta. Data analysis techniques using multiple
linier regression and classical assumptions. The results
of the F test of own capital variables, business length,
working hours and business location simultaneously
effect income, t test only own capital and business
location partially effect income.
