This research was conducted at the Islamic People?s Financing Bank (BPRS) Unisia Insan Indonesia Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Unisia Insan Indonesia, amounting to 37 employees, and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample that made the entire population as a sample. The data taken in this study is to use primary data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents, and conducting interviews with the head of the Company?s HR. The data analysis technique in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis performed on SPSS version 16.00 data analysis tools. The results of data analysis in this study say that compensation, transformational leadership style, and simultaneous organizational communication have a positive effect on employee performance. While partially the compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount of 2.838 > 2.02619 and a significance value of 0.008, the transformational leadership style variable has no effect on employee performance with a tcount of -0.66 < 2.02619 and a significance value of 0.947, and communication variables The organization has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount of 2.293 > 2.02619 and a significance value of 0.028.
