This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The technique used in data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained in this study include: Results of interviews conducted with school principals, teachers, and parents of students, observations about the activities carried out as well as the school environment, and documentation regarding the process of carrying out activities and other supporting matters. Analysis of the data in this study as revealed by Miles and Huberman. In testing the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. The results of research that have been carried out show: First, Culture is used as content or content on the basis of the awareness that science, technology and art are developing dynamically. Culture as content or content is carried out through art subjects in local content which are carried out in intracutricular which includes subjects in Javanese, Dance, Karawitan, batik, and Music and Tembang. Second, Culture as a method of implementation is done through habituation in the cultivation of noble values through spontaneous activities, routine activities, and examples. Third, culture as a context and approach to education management is implemented through education management (in the vision, mission, and goals of schools) and the educational environment (the name of the room that reads Javanese script, designation for teachers and staffing personnel, the use of Javanese traditional clothing, habituation of usage Javanese language, and posters with noble values and posters with Javanese language). %Z Dr. Sedya Santosa, SS, M.Pd
