The population in this study are all employee of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga. Sample selection are using non probably sample technic with total sampling and sample that used as many as 37. This research type is quantitative research. The analysis tools used are multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The results show that specialization have an effect on human resource competence while distinctiveness and visibility had no effect. The results of moderated analysis that using digital literacy variabel as moderating, results show that digital literacy not abel to moderate the relationship specialization, distinctiveness and visibility to the Islamic banking?s human resource competence at Bangun Drajat Warga?s sharia rural bank.
