Corcoran and Matsudaira (Papalia, Olds, & Feldman, 2009) stated that labor market conditions are increasingly competitive and higher labor skills are required. Current development affected demands of quality in the working world where workers are required to be able to overcome the real problem. Central Statistics Agency (BSP) records there are 7.04 million unemployed in Indonesia. These facts and demands of industrial revolution make a person experience anxiety. The major hypothesis assumes that there is a relationship between anxiety with self-efficacy and social support. There are two minor hypotheses, first, assuming there is a relationship between anxiety with self-efficacy and assuming that there is a relationship between anxiety with social support. Research uses simple random sampling. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression and Spearman Rho correlation. The major hypothesis were accepted with the effect of self-efficacy and social support of 33.1%. The minor hypothesis test, self-efficacy has a relationship to anxiety against the working world with r = -0.583 and p <0.000. The second minor hypothesis, social support has a relationship to anxiety against the working world with r = -0.349 and p <0.002.
