The community's stigma about bamboo gardens has many negatives aspects, making bamboo gardens in Ngadimulyo Village used as garbage dumps. The Spedagi Movement Non-Governmental Organization came to brought the innovation that a bamboo garden can provide more values if the community can take care of it. Spedagi Movement provides the idea of wanting to establish a market in the middle of a bamboo garden owned by the residents. The research method used is qualitative which describes in detail the related problems and using literature studies to obtain relevant material. Data collection techniques used interviews and observations by observing firsthand how the Spedagi Movement Non-Governmental Organization diffused the ideas to the Ngadimulyo community. The diffusion of innovations carried out by Spedagi began with various mapping of locations and potentials. Proper mapping is the key to the success of an innovation that can be well-defined and well execute. Interpersonal communication and socialization are Spedagi's strategy in diffusing the Papringan Market innovation to the people of Ngadimulyo Village. The process of innovation diffusion can be successful involving various parties who have one goal, starting from the community, innovation providers, and the government. If one does not agree with the innovation carried out, the diffusion of the innovation carried out will not run optimally.
