N2  - This study aims to influence the Gender Diversity and Managerial Ownership Structure on the Company's Financial Performance. The background in this paper is that the researcher wants to know whether Gender Diversity and Managerial Ownership Structure affect the financial performance of public companies in Indonesia. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained in the Financial Statements that are listed on the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index. In this study, the independent variable, namely Gender Diversity, is stated as a dummy variable. Then the dependent variable in this study is the Company's Financial Performance which is measured in three ways, namely Market Performance using TobinsQ and internal performance measured using ROE and ROA.
