The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Unisia Insan Indonesia. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique totaling 30. Primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. In this study using 30 questionnaires that can be processed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that employee empowerment and compensation has no effect on employee loyalty, while organizational communication and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate some employee empowerment and compensation to employee loyalty, but job satisfaction is able to mediate part of organizational communication to employee loyalty. %Z JAUHAR FARADIS, S.H.I., M.A
