Participant were nurse, teacher, psychologist and architect which totaled 212 (N=212) people. Proporsional kuota sampling is used as the technical sampling. Instrumen of data collection in this study is using a willingness to change scale and job crafting seeking resources scale. The analysis method is using multiple regression with enter method for data analysis which was analyzed through SPSS. The result of multiple regression with coefficient of regression 0,505 (50,5%) and significance level p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). It means that hypotheses was accepted, there is relation between willingness to change toward seeking resources on the professional worker in Yogyakarta City, when willingness to change is high, seeking resources will increase. There is partial relation among five dimension of willingness to change toward job crafting seeking resources, there is three dimension (attitude, subjective norm and intention) has related significance to seeking resources. Furthermore there are 49,5% of seeking resources are effected by another variable beside willingness to change.
