The population in this study were all employees at Bank Muamalat KC Solo. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. In this study using 30 questionnaires that can be processed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that communication, work environment, work discipline and leadership style simultaneously influence job satisfaction. While the partial test results of communication variables do not affect job satisfaction with a tcount of 1.911 and a significance value of 0.067. Work environment variables affect job satisfaction with a tcount of 1.292 with a significance value of 0.208. The work discipline variable has no effect on job satisfaction with a t-value of 1.675 and a significance value of 0.106. The leadership style variable has no effect on job satisfaction with a tcount of 1.120, with a significance value of 0.273.
