Moving away from competition level phenomena among companies in attracting consumers and reviewing the role of Public Relations in helping companies sell the product through strategic steps. This research is qualitative research by using descriptive qualitative method. Public Relations is the subject of this research. The object of this research is the role of Public Relations in the company. In doing the role of a company to increase sales, Public Relations use the study of Marketing Public Awareness such as the planning process of data research, the execution by giving awareness and imagery, the evaluation with regard to consumer satisfaction, and the improvement of quality.
