The results of the F test in this study indicate that the variable quality of work life, Islamic work ethic adn early organization culture influence employee performance. The result of the t test show that the organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the variable quality of work life and Islamic work ethic has no effect.} }
