GHAFUR WIBOWO, SE., M.Sc abstract: This study influence to analyze the effect of quality of work life, Islamic work ethic, and organizational culture on employee performance. The sample used in this study wa 40 respondents. This research is a survey at Bank Muamalat Cabang Yogyakarta. Thesampling method is purposive sampling. The results of the F test in this study indicate that the variable quality of work life, Islamic work ethic adn early organization culture influence employee performance. The result of the t test show that the organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
