In this study taking a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling from the entire population, namely all customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Kaliurang Sub-Branch Office Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study using a multiple linear regression analysis tool that is processed with the help of SPSS version 20.
