The subjects in this study had characeristics of youth aged 15-18 and having parents that is still intact. The number of subjects in this study was 125 students consisting of students of MAN 1 and 2 Yogyakarta. The data oin this study had been analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that there is a relationship significant between authoritative parenting and religiosity with emotional intelligence is p 0.048 (p<0.05). means that authoritative parenting and religiosity, both have significant relationship with emotional intelligence.
