This research is motivated by the fact that there are some students who experience incompleteness in the goals / targets of the Tahfiz Alquran program in the Sine Ngawi Al-Islamic SDIT. This study is intended to answer the following problems of (1) How was the Tahfiz program in Al-Islam SDIT Sine Ngawi Based on Islamic Boarding Schools was implemented and (2) Why is the problem of incompleteness in the goals / targets of the Tahfiz Alquran program in Sine Ngawi's Al-Islamic SDIT appeared. This type of research is a field survey with a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Subjects in the study were principals, religious teachers of the Tahfiz, and students. Techniques for collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using triangulation which starts from data reduction, data presentation to conclusions. The results of the study indicate that First, the implementation of the Tahfiz Alquran flagship program in Sine Ngawi's Al-Islam SDIT includes planning, implementation processes, materials, methods, facilities and evaluation. The Tahfiz Alquran program is held every day from Monday to Saturday with provisions, class I and II, namely ten hours, class III, IV, V which is twelve hours, while class VI is ten hours (Mur{\=a}ja'ah) per week. The method used is the Talq{\=i}n method and the Muri Q tone. Whereas the aspects assessed are tajwid, makharijul surat, and fluency. Implementation of the Tahfiz Alquran program in Al-Islam SDIT Sine Ngawi has a goal / target of memorizing 2 Juz with the provisions of class I, II \& III memorizing juice 30, class IV \& V memorizing juz 29 while class VI Mur{\=a}ja'ah. Secondly, it is the inhibiting factor for some students in implementing the Tahfiz Alquran program at SDIT Al-Islam Sine Ngawi, namely, lack of human resources, lack of support from parents, facilities and infrastructure, not achieving the target of 100\%, and imperfect learning systems.} }
