abstract: This research measures youth library users' perceptions of library services at the DPAD DIY Library Service Center (Grhatama Pustaka) with the LibQUAL+TM method. The LibQUAL+TM dimension that discusses are the service affect, library as place, personal control, and information accessss. The research method is quantitative-descriptive. Data collection by questionnaire, observation and interview. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The results obtained by the average perception score (P) which is 20.53, the minimum expectation score (HM) which is 18.75, and the ideal expectation score (HI) which is 22.24 or HM<P<HI, as well as finding scores such as scores Adequacy Gap (AG) of 1.78 and Superiority Gap (SG) score of -1.71. The scores showing that youth library users' perceptions of the quality of library services at the DPAD DIY Library Service Center (Grhatama Pustaka) has met the minimum expectations for services and in accordance with specified limits (tolerance zones), in accordance with the general provisions in the "good" category. From the results of this research, it is recommended to the Library Service Center of DPAD DIY (Grhatama Pustaka) to maintain and improve the quality of library services and pay attention to indicators that need to get priority in improving library services.
