The variables used in this study are employee stock ownership program (ESOP), total asset turnover (TATO), and leverage. The sample in this study is 31 companies that have gone public and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2018 period. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9 software. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the employee stock ownership program (ESOP) has no significant effect on company performance (ROA). Total asset turnover (TATO) has no significant effect on company performance (ROA), and leverage has a positif and significant effect on company performance (ROA).
