The results of the research on 16 students were the types of delegating, participating, motivating and\r\ninstructing. Delegating is implemented for the students who are strong for their learning motivation and academic\r\ncapabilty. Participating is implemented for the students who are strong for their learning motivation but weak for\r\nacademic capabilty. Motivating is implemented for the students who are weak for their learning motivation but\r\nstrong for academic capabilty.
