"This study aims to determine the quality of circulation services in DPK Kulon\r\nProgo Regency using the LIBQUAL method. Research is a quantitative\r\ndescriptive study. The population in this study was focused on registered members\r\nin Kulon Progo Regency, with a total population of 19,055 and a sample of 99\r\nrespondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sample technique. Primary\r\ndata collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire and\r\nsecondary data collection using interviews, documentation, and observation.\r\nValidity and reliability tests use product moment and Cronbach alpha. Analysis of\r\nthe data used is the formula mean and grand mean. The results of the calculation\r\nof each subvariable are the ability and attitudes of librarians in serving the library\r\nusers get a score of 3.34 with a very good category, the facility subvariable and\r\nthe atmosphere of the room get a score of 3.15 good categories, the guidance\r\nsubvariable and the means of access get a value of 3.15 good category, the\r\ninformation access subvariable gets a value of 3.15 categories well. Calculation of\r\nthe average value of sub-variable ability and attitude of librarians in serving, the\r\nindicator that gets the highest score is the understanding of the needs and desires\r\nof users with a value of 3.51 good category, while the lowest value is obtained by\r\nan indicator of willingness to help library and hospitality difficulties in serving\r\nvisitors with the same value which is 3.25 good categories. Calculation of the\r\naverage value of sub-variable facilities and the atmosphere of the room, the\r\nindicator that gets the highest score is the physical condition of the building,\r\nequipment, and equipment that is quite adequate and functioning well with a value\r\nof 3.32 very good category, while the indicator that gets the lowest value is the\r\nquietness of the library room with a value 3.03 good category. Calculation of the\r\naverage value of sub-variable instructions and means of access, the indicator that\r\ngets the highest value is the arrangement of library collections in circulation\r\nservices makes it easy for me to process information retrieval with a value of 3.33\r\ngood categories, while the indicator with the lowest value is my ease in searching\r\ninformation on services circulation and my ability to use facilities in the\r\ncirculation service in searching for information gets the same value which is 3.03\r\ngood categories. Calculation of the average value of information access\r\nsubvariables, the indicator that gets the highest score is the ease of access to find\r\nrelevant and accurate information through a catalog in circulation services with a\r\nvalue of 3.35 very good categories, while the indicator with the lowest value is the\r\navailability of collections that are in accordance with the needs of the visitors\r\ngetting 2.95 good category.
