This study using quantitative descriptive method with single variable, that is The disabilities user perception on the SD Tumbuh 1 Yogyakarta Library services. This is the population research because only 21 persons in this research and all of them become the samples. The method and data collection technique in this research are questionnaire, interview and observations. In this research all of data are processed using SPSS version 23 for Windows. The data measurement using likert scale with four option of answer and the data analysis using Mean and grand mean. The result showing that grand mean score is 3,14 is on the 2,51{\ensuremath{<}}X{\ensuremath{<}}3,25 interval, which means The disabilities user perception on the SD Tumbuh 1 Yogyakarta Library services is on the "baik" category. The disabilities user perception on the SD Tumbuh 1 Yogyakarta Library services variable consist of 15 subvariables, that is the physical access of outside library, the physical access of getting into library, access to materials and services the physical space, the toilets, the circulation desk, the information desk, the children's department, the department for persons with reading, hearing and other disabilities, special media formats for person with disabilities, the computers, the communication and services on the special services for disabilities, the information services for the deaf, the information services for dyslexia, and the services how to provide information through the website. The highest average score of the subvariables is the physical access indicators on the getting into library with 3,42 and the special media formats for the user with 3,42. The lowest average score of the indicators is the access to children's materials and services with 2,92. Through this research the SD Tumbuh 1 library expected to provide the equal services to all students so the disabilities user need can be filled.} }
