This type of research is a case study. The date used is the primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires related to the development strategy of MSMEs batik. The data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis technique The results showed that all MSMEs batik in Giriloyo Vilagge practice a focus strategy (a combination of cost leadership and differentiation strategies). The type of strategy used were in terms of maintaining the quality and quality of batik, design innovation, marketing by using social media and exhibitions, the use of modern tools such as electric canting and modification of design. in addition there were 12 (twelve) alternative strategies that switable with the existing condition. They were four combinations of strengths and opportunities strategies, three combinations of weaknesses and opportunities strategies,three Combinations of strengths and threats strategies, and three combinations of weaknesses and threats strategies.} }
