High economic growth is an indicator of the success of economic development, and high economic growth should improve people's well-being. Economic growth factors can be caused by economic and non-economic factors. Non-economic factors such as labor can affect economic growth and hinder economic growth. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of external debt (external debt), the labor, exports and inflation on economic growth in the years 1986-2018. Methodologically, this study was carried out using quantitative methods using secondary data from the World Bank, the BPS and the Ministry of Commerce. The technique used in this study uses an ECM (Error Correction Model) analysis tool. According to the results of this study, the independent variables in this study also affect the dependent variable. Some of the variables show that exports have a significant impact on growth in the short and long term. While foreign debt has a positive and insignificant impact in the short and long term. In addition, the variable labor has a negative and significant impact on economic growth. The short- and long-term inflation variables have a negative and significant impact on economic growth.
