This study aimed to analyze the determinants of domestic direct investment or direct investment in the islands of Java, Sumatera, and Borneo during the period 2010-2018. The analytical method used is the panel data regression model with log models. Data used is secondary data obtained from Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The results obtained by conducting a panel data regression with using Eviews 9 conclude that variable GDP, capital expenditures, and political stability simultaneously have an impact on domestic direct investment. Partially, the GDP, capital expenditures, and political stability have significant positive effect on domestic direct investment, while the minimum wage variable has not significant effect on domestic direct investment in Java, Sumatera, and Borneo.
