%X Regional Minimum wage (UMR) is a standard of living that must be accepted by workers to meet the needs of its life worthily within a month. The study aims to analyse what factors have been influential in the determination of the minimum wage policy in the period of 2012-2017. The factors analyzed are economic growth, consumer price index (CPI), Necessity of decent living (KHL), labour force participation rate (TPAK), and Human Development Index (HDI) with period 2012-2017. The data used in this study is data panels with data sequential timeseries from 2012 to 2017, and a cross section of 35 regencies/cities in Central Java province obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The best regression results in this study are using the Fixed Effect Model regression method known as the IHK, KHL, and IPM variables that have significant effect, whereas the economic growth and TPAK variables have no significant effect on the Regency/city Regional Minimum wage in Central Java province.
