These factors include location, service, product, promotion, and religious stimulants. The populations are used as sample in this study were non-Muslim members who financed at BMT BIF Yogyakarta. In this study, the data were 45 respondents with a purposive sampling method that is sampling based on criteria according to researchers using a method developed by Roscoe. The data is taken by distributing questionnaires. The data is processed by using a quantitative analysis of the validity and reliability test, a classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Moment and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that partially the service variable has an influence of 0.038, the promotion variable has an effect of 0.001 on the effect of non-Muslims financing in sharia banking.
