"The research aims to determine the effect of professionalism, incentive,\r\nwork discipline, and leadership on employee performance of BTN Syariah in\r\nYogyakarta. Employee performance is one aspect that needs to be considered,\r\nbecause if employee performance increases, it automatically impacts the\r\ndevelopment and progress of the company. The population in this study were all\r\nemployees of BTN Syariah Yogyakarta totaling 75 people, but 35 people were\r\nsampled. The sample in this study were taken using simple random sampling.\r\nIn this study the data collection method used was a questionnaire with a\r\nLikert scale. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS\r\nStatistics 22. The results of the research indicated that professionalism,\r\nincentives, work discipline and leadership simultaneously have a significant effect\r\non employee performance. The partial of professionalism and leadership\r\nvariables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with\r\ntcount 3,382 and 3,141.
