The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga and BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. In this study using 64 questionnaires that can be processed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational climate, work motivation, work experience, and career development simultaneously had a positive effect on work productivity. Partially, organizational climate variables have no effect on work productivity with a tcount of -0.307 and a significant value of 0.760 . Variable work motivation does not affect work productivity with tcount of 0.352 and a significant value of 0.726 . Work experience variable has an effect on work productivity with tcount of 3,640 and a significant value of 0,001 . Career development variables affect work productivity with a tcount of 2.682 and a significant value of 0.009 . %Z Pembimbing : Jauhar Faradis, S.H.I., M.A
