The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study work motivation, work environment and organizational culture. The population and samples used were 32 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, so that all populations are used as samples. Data collection is done through questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study state that working environment and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
