This research is a causal study which aims to find out whether one variable can affect other variables the population in this study were 33 employees. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data in this study were obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 22. The research shows that the work training and work environment have a significant effect on work productivity of employees in PT BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. While work motivation did not significantly influence the work productivity of employees in PT BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta} }
